Why not switch foul voting to just personal abuse or blatant trolling? That way it’s pretty black/white and less headache for you. It rules out opinion cliques to a large degree also.

remove off topic foul votes as nearly all threads veer off topic anyway. And posters generally remind each other when they do.

The foul vote reason is pretty pointless. People submit a foul vote and click whatever option they like. Having less options there would not reduce the number of foul votes. If anything, I should just do away with all the options. None of this means less headaches for me.

Bloody hell. I’ve had to request extra foul vote options in order that I can correctly bin vote people before. If I’d known I could just pick any old shit I’d have been binning people left right and centre.

They kind of help me a bit as I can categorise votes. People will always just vote for whoever they don't like and give any reason though.

Just have foul votes for abuse only then. Specifically initiated abuse. That would simplify it for you (and the rest of us) wouldn’t it?

That way it’s black/white. You check, and if you agree it’s abuse (preferably unwarranted- ie the poster isn’t just responding to abuse from someone else) you yellow it etc

I have no control over external content. Any of the embedded posts from social media are generated by their respective sites.
