It’s coming, the moment Ryan Mason is appointed Interim AGAIN while we desperately search for a manager mid season, should be the breaking point for every Tottenham fan. Levy is killing this great football club year after year. Stop doing nothing. We need to protest, NOW.

As long as Beyoncé and imagine dragons keep coming, he’s got no interest in turning us into a top team.

The last window was so unambitious it feels to me like the club have accepted they won’t be challenging for top 4, but top 8 instead.
England's 5th choice striker, fucking Werner on loan, and a couple of teenagers who may or may not come good.... and slash the wage bill to mid table levels of competitiveness..
Yet one of the worlds richest clubs and an unrivalled, unprecedented £450 million of FFP wriggle room.
There are people on here, claiming to be Spurs fans, who think we had a good transfer window and want us to continue on the ENIC pathway

Well, we are miles off that with the current set of players. We’ll be ten points off the CL spots by the end of the season. The manager will get the blame and be sacked and we’ll just go around in circles again.

Maybe, maybe not.

We weren't last season and I see no reason this season will pan out much different.

It feels like the end of the world right now but it will click at some point and then it will feel good for a while. Probably long enough to be in the mix for the CL places. Maybe finish 5th/6th, maybe steal 4th. Maybe it doesn't click for long enough and we finish 8th.

If I'm guessing it will be between us and Chelsea for exactly the same battle, 8th to 4th.

Agree

I’m sure he would like top 4 but the risk reward is just not worth it

They are definitely preparing for a sale and a cash out imo - however as good as that sounds, their asking price will be ridiculous and it’s likely to be years and years before anything happens

My daughter turned to me just before half time yesterday and said "I think Ryan Mason will be in charge come Christmas"

Man city
Scum
Liverpool

Will be top three.

Villa are better than us.
Newcastle won’t have the same injuries or CL and have a better manager.
Chelsea have £50m attacking subs on their bench to change games even though they are a mess.
Man Utd and us will be fighting it out below all those teams for the conference spot. What a time to be alive!

Yep, the ambition just isn’t there.

I’ve heard that a few times now, what makes you say that? I’ve always thought levy would cling onto the club for dear life haha

Villa have Champions League and it’s too early to say they are better than us. They conceded 2 goals to Everton and another 2 vs Leicester.

Newcastle don’t look more of a threat than Chelsea to me but yeah I’d guess us 3 are the next chasing pack from 4th to 7th.

Never going to happen when over 40,000 have already paid for every PL home game. Why would you stay at home after you've already given Levy over £1k (minimum) per ST?

You are right sadly. Even if we could it won’t matter much, United fans did huge protests and it failed. ENIC have their cash cow, they don’t even need CL football really anymore, stay in the prem, keep wages low and all good, nothing else needs to happen and trophies would raise expectations so not sure they would even financially help much. Finish 4-10th every season, keep bums on seat and that will be the aim, repeat for the next 50 years.

Feels like the last days of Sugar now. Just bobbing along trying to keep our heads above water. Doesn’t matter who the manager is, they’re all set up to fail.

Another shit transfer window and as soon as we signed Werner we should have all seen it coming. It was such a terrifying indicator at the time and quite a few posters at the time warned us of what it pointed to.

I can see the fan q&a being cancelled if the bad form continues. Levy won’t want to face the fans with the slim chance that someone asks when they are going to go even though the questions will be hand picked.
We are just waiting for a 0-3 home defeat to Sheffield Wednesday… (the game that I believe broke a lot of final straws)…
