Was back at the stadium today for my second game before heading home. What a difference in performance and atmosphere from the scum game. Just wish I could stay for longer and attend more matches. Come on you Spurs!!!!
Thought Udogie was better than he's been for a while. Especially when it came to holding possession and battling with the oppo on the byline in the middle 3rd.
I'd much rather the FBs not cut inside too early..... Gives them the option to go inside or out then; depending on what the play dictates. Then the winger or #8 can fill whatever space the leave behind.
If they're already cutting in by the time they leave our 3rd then we're already committed to a shape that's all too rigid and easy to predict.
