Some of our own fans want us to fail under Ange. They want us to lose so they can come on here and abuse everyone at the club. That's the reality of the situation on here. The toxicity is too much for me. I'm a happy naive person who just loves my football team. This forum just isn't for me. Good luck all - I hope we win a title someday

Uh it’s definitely not. Literally 99% of the banter about us surrounds the fact we never win a thing/bottle things.

That burden you mention is real, however that should not drag Ange down to deviate from what he believes. He has said outright many times, that as a big Club, our success on field has not measured up. He knows it, and has warned of the bumps whilst trying to instill a winning culture and style to our Cub.
His answer was honest and refreshing. I would rather a man of conviction that will go down swinging, than some puppet talking in company code, to appease fans/media. Once again, his reply had much more to it than all the clickbait shite.
Why? Put up some reasons I am genuinely wanting to be converted.

Because he’s committed to changing the loser mentality the club has been plagued with for 30 odd years

There are many more things I like about him, but mainly he seems an honest man with a serious drive to be successful, playing attractive football whilst doing so
If we stick by him we will be rewarded, I’m more than certain of it

Seems to me you have already made up your mind on Ange based on what you call "stubbornness" . He came into the job on the promise of change. Change of play, change of mindset, change of culture.
So he acknowledges that to win a trophy team needs a solid defense, as well as a ruthlessly efficient attack. Which 'won't be us' according to AP himself. Its such an arrogant, dismissive & flippant to occupy.
