aww bless ya. poor thing, just want to be popular on an internet forum dont ya. have a little think and come up with ideas that can get the most likes and agrees...bless.Is the 88 in your user name your IQ. Is it a coded message as in A=1, B=2 etc. or, I’m guessing, both?
When the only person agreeing with you is the Woolwich captain then you should probably reconsider your post.
This is OTT. He's almost certainly the most exciting CB in the world but I don't think he's the best CB in the world, yet. If I'm honest, IMO Romero is still ahead of him for us but they are so different in the way they play it's pointless to compare them.
VDV is also the most unique CB in the world without question. He reminds me of Jonah Lomu when he gets going but he has much better feet to go with all that athleticism.
Agree about VDV not being the worlds best CB at this point.
But strongly disagree about who is ahead - Romero or VDV.
Based on this season showings in EPL Romero is out of TOP10 CBs and Mickey is in top3. Though sample size is not too big as of yet.
VDV is more important to us and there is no question here. His incredible pace gives us extra protection to play the high line. Not to mention - I have lot more faith in VDV when it comes to heading ability. Romero is more aggressive and has better passing range though.
Lets make players like VDV happy - invest more in the team, pay them properly, win trophies and challenge for titles in the next few years. Hopefully we can hold onto them and not let them go in their prime as we so often have done before.

Yeah, but we generally prefer KM for these purposes as it seems soo much faster!I thought you Brits had converted to the metric system a long time ago

The Premier League has revealed the top 10 fastest speeds set by players this season, with a defender sitting well clear at the top of the list.www.dailymail.co.uk

1. Micky van de Ven (23.06mph)
2. Anthony Elanga (22.30mph)
3. Erling Haaland (22.20mph)
4. Timo Werner (22.17mph)
5. Gabriel Martinelli (22.10mph)
6. Alejandro Garnacho (22.04mph)
7. Cameron Archer (22.04mph)

10. Marcus Rashford (21.96mph)
Exactly! Pointless being fast if you can't play the ball!!I love this kid but is everyone like me completely fed up with listening to commentators and pundits tell us how fast he is? It is fucking doing my nut in. He's a quality footballer and deserves to be analysed for how good a player he is. No one goes near saying this, all they fucking do is talk about how fast he was clocked running.

Watch the run against United he moves the ball two or three times. He is fully in control of what he is doing the cross is perfect not just thrashed. He can control the ball he's not Forest fucking Gump.
Rudiger, Saliba (I know, I know but facts is facts), VVD, Stones, Araujo, Dias, Gvardiol, Konate, Militao, Marquinhos.
Eric Dier beat all those when he wanted the toiletI thought you Brits had converted to the metric system a long time ago

VDVs pace stands out obviously but that leads people to miss how important Romero is to the way we play.Agree about VDV not being the worlds best CB at this point.
