It's certainly good to see him doing some form of training. Regardless of my disappointment with the signing, if we're to play lots of Cup or Europa matches we will need whatever coverage he's able to provide.

I haven’t written this guy off we need at least 2 no 9s and he’s capable of 10/15 goals a season. With Europa etc we need him fit and firing.
Solanke also presses like crazy so surely can’t play every game. Richarlison has a big role to play this season

He is in the squad.
A bit pathetic imo. That shit housery of bumping into the player and falling on the floor is what we've been missing
He ain't no Dom though. Dom's hold up play is really good, something which Richie doesn't excel in.
na hes not. solanke a far better all round fotballer. richy does give you more aggression in the box tho i think. problem is we dont have wide players who are gonna make use of that anyway. He ain't no Dom though. Dom's hold up play is really good, something which Richie doesn't excel in.
He has no experience with the defensive responsibility of a midfielder and is not a good carrier of the ball. Or a good passer.I actually think he could do really well in the Kulu role when we're playing with say, a Sarr as the other 8.
For games where Kulu needs a break, that may be his ideal second position in this set up (next to backing up Solanke of course).
Starts midweek up front, and comes on late in PL games to spell Solanke, Son, Johnson or Kulusevski.Whats the plan with him when he’s back? Comes in off the bench or starts? Who sits if he starts?
Not only did he score on that hot run, he also played well. Crisp passing, good decision making - that wasn’t there before when he was largely hopeless and erraticI thought he looked really good for someone deemed unsuitable for us who was out for quite sometime having so much supposedly off-field issues. He looked rather agile, definitely better than the clumsy version which we all had seen before.
People need to realise it's only a 10-minute cameo yesterday and he did scored a handful for us last season when fit.
He’s a good back-up. Hopefully he finds a rich vein of form against the likes of AZ Alkmar in mid week games so Dom can get some rest and the Saudis pay us over the odds for him in the summer. Not only did he score on that hot run, he also played well. We're just happy that he's healthy again and not tanking his own transfer value with strange drama.Whats the plan with him when he’s back? Comes in off the bench or starts? Who sits if he starts?
But what if Richi stands firm and doesn't want to go to Saudi? He’s a good back-up. Hopefully he finds a rich vein of form against the likes of AZ Alkmar in mid week games so Dom can get some rest and the Saudis pay us over the odds for him in the summer.
I’ll be cheering for him - if for no other reason than to get that transfer value up. Also hoping Lankshear or Veliz (or even Scarlett since a man can dream) is ready to back up Dom next season.
