Match Premier League - Home to Aston Villa - 03/11 - 2pm KO

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I know they finished above us last season, and are currently ahead of us now but I still feel we have the better 11 and squad. We dominated them despite losing at home last year, and of course spanked them away. I am fairly confident we beat them.

Our home form is brilliant. Won every game apart from Woolwich. And won them all comfortably. Fix our away form and we will be up there easily in the top 4 come the end of the season.

We will beat Villa. 3-1. A fresh Sonny on the scoresheet.

I think we'll win.
That was a great team result against City and had to dig it out but yet could also have battered them. Shows what they can do with hard work and focus, on top of their skills. The reaction after Bissouma's block is what you want to see 😍
Depleted squad or not they should be riding high after that victory

A draw against these would be a good result, a win would be fantastic .

I see them being a bit too much for us though.
1-3 Villa win
Go away with that kind of negativity... It's not needed here.

Think about what you've said, and come back Monday with a written apology!

I hope your lot get beaten at St. James' tomorrow lunchtime!

If Son plays I've no worries about tomorrow...

Vicario
Porro
Romero
Dragusin
Udogie
(one of) Sarr/Bissouma/Bentancur
Maddison
Kulu
Son
Johnson
Solanke

That's GOTTA be enough, no?

Injury news from press conference

- Son training today, should be available for Villa if also trains Saturday Team news | Spurs vs Aston Villa | Possibility of Son | Tottenham Hotspur
- Van de Ven has strained hamstring 'not serious' and will be out until end of international break ( maybe longer ?) Team news | Spurs vs Aston Villa | Van de Ven ruled out
- Romero and Werner may be available

----Johnson----------------------Son---

Don't care which one of Maddison or Kulu start but just start one of them. Romero starts simply because VDV is injured.

No mention in press conference of Djed Spence who picked up a groin strain in training, and as of last week was planned to be joining in full time training this week. Am always surprised journalists do not try to clarify at a press conference how plays are - but they don't !

So might be ok or not ?!

Because journalists are always more interested in creating controversies by asking something they can milk for more attention.

2-2...or we nick it 3-2 at the death.

Timo with another first-time finish past that thundercunt Martinez.

Would love to see Big Dom score a Big Dom goal.

They have some cunts in that team and Martinez is one big cunt. I hope the players are not so easily riled up by them. Need Son back to keep the lads in check for any flare up. Whenever we think we could depend on Madders or Romero for leadership, they are worse. Vicario is much better than the both of them.

And I fully agree with you, Solanke needs to score some goals soon.

Then you are a bit daft.

Villa are a very good example of what. We are not, which is a side that is better than its individual parts.

Maddison won't start if Kulusevski is also in the middle its getting to an either or situation.
