Manager Ange Postecoglou

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Jason Dozzell came to me in a dream and told me some players are upset with Ange cos he lost one of the +4 cards from their pack of Uno.

Tension around the training ground is unbearable apparently.

Ange's run of getting the rotations right, maximum rotations and still get the points, came to an end with this one. Not helped by so many players being off their game. Still, without Lankshire's second yellow I think we pinch something there, Gala were spent at the end.

Would like to see us put a few more dinks into one of our players instead of always playing out from the back, especially with that fucking fridge in goal and the freezer in front of him.

Here we go, from out under the rock they come!
Where were you last week!
I understand that all opinions have to be heard
But fair-weather supporters just have no substance at all!
I've been pretty consistent in my opinion of him and what we'll achieve. I've said numerous times we're just a win some lose some side. I don't think we'll win anything and performances like tonight underline my reasoning as to why. Sick to death of the inevitably of these performances and how they get brushed under the carpet by fans and ignore the warning signs.

Personally I'm just fucking sick of the inevitably of failure. 2nd half vs Brighton away crystal palace away now galatasaray away. Newcastle away Woolwich at home. All absolutely tragic performances. That's a quarter of the way in they're not just gallant defeats they're defeats which have the same problems from last season. If we're on it 100% like 2nd half vs villa we're capable of winning but there's no grinding out of results when you play poor it's all or nothing.

You have to be able to win ugly at times. You have to be able to go away in your big games and get results and strong performances. I don't see that in this team. Yeah we'll beat the riff raff at home and beat the occasional good side at home like villa but there needs to be more than that.

Cry more.

You can't blame the manager for much of tonight. The players were absolutely shambolic that first half and much of the second, until the form players came on and showed the others what it's all about.

I'm with the manager. I hope this teaches the players and staff a vital lesson. We've had a few of those this season, that's been a bad thing and a blessing.

Class 👍 fucking top stuff
You're welcome.

You are one of the ones that will complain constantly.

You'll complain until Ange gets sacked.
You'll complain about his replacement.

You'll complain when we win something.

First half tonight was awful, and we still nearly got a point, but at least we have more chances to get the points we need to finish top 8.

Rather than whinge you could take the stance that tonight might be a good learning point for squad and the youngsters especially. It could help going forward.

But no, like I say, cry more.

LOL.

Let’s be honest , anytime we lose you and the rest of the bedwetters fc will look to put the boot in and call for Ange’s head.

Most of you fucks are nowhere to be seen when we win though. Funny that.

I’m delighted to see more and more of the forum call you bedwetters out though. Hopefully you’ll take the hint and find another forum to infest with your meltiness soon.

People keep saying this after every defeat though. I saw exactly the same comments after the recent Palace and Brighton debacles.

What I don't get is that all of our previous managers would have got dogs abuse for these displays, yet this one seems to somehow be unaccountable and it's all on the players.

The players he picks and he coaches

Seen it heard it all before. Prefer to take a realistic view on what I've seen under ange rather than a delusional head in the sand one. From last season to now they've shown they take nothing from games and make the same mistakes over and over again. It'll happen again and again and again. And you'll be saying the same thing to posters like me next season probably like you did last season and the season before that and the one before that.

If you want to believe we're going to grow from this fair enough. I think you're as big a mug for that as you do of me taking what I take from tonight's game.

So, genuinely, why keep watching?

If you can't see us going anywhere under Ange then why watch?

And don't give me the 'You can't just stop watching the club you love' cos the club you say you love makes you miserable.

Seriously. If you find absolutely no joy from match to match, you need to find something else.
