When you start using things like fat it becomes much more personal and vindictive, so yes, will cut deeper. In the same way if you call a black person a black cunt it's much worse than just calling a cunt that happens to be black. If you have no idea what i'm talking about then you've never been bullied.
The term cunt on here is largely desensitised here anyway. I'm not a pearl clutching puritan by any means. I'm sure i've called all sorts of people like refs and gooners, cunts. They might end up seeing it, however it's unlikely. However this is a man who is part of our club and trying - despite what some people think - to bring us sucess with the style of football that all us wanted. It's not just hyperbole on a forum, people are now screaming it to his face from the stands.
Even if you're so emotionally broken you can't see why screaming at someone trying to their job that they're a fat cunt is wrong, then at least try and understand that abusing him, or any of our players, isn't going to improve the results.

But we know its going to happen If Ange gets sacked. Maybe not for the rest of the season but he will manage around 5 to 6 games as before finding a new manager.

Nor do I think he’s a cunt. He’s a bit moody, occasionally truculent, but hasn’t done enough to qualify for cunt status just yet.
It’s a bit lazy throwing the fat cunt phrase at him IMO. You have to earn that.
No one is saying he’s managed at EPL levels. However he has managed in some fairly high performance areas. Celtic, whether you rate the league or not, is a high pressure position. He’s also managed at World cups and Asian Cups. You can scoff all you like, but that is still a high performance arena. And you all bag the J League, but it’s not as bad as you think. There is some big clubs and the J League has some quality players. Yes the A League is shit, I can categorically support that sentiment, but it is a salary capped league. To do what Ange did in a salary capped league is impressive. Have a read of this.

Comparing racism to being fat is one hell of a leap my friend.
Being fat is a choice (outside of the few examples where a medical condition causes it or it becomes an addiction/mental health issue) you don't choose what race you are born into and the entire concept of racism is idiotic and has no basis in logic, people who are racist are simply stupid and ignorant.
Back to the subject though, I would even go as far to say that I think fat acceptance does more harm than good tbh and actually contributes to a worsening mental and physical health crisis, why this is controversial I have no idea.
But I think calling him a cunt based on the behaviour he has shown at times with his ego would be pretty accurate, like I say, people get back what they put out into the world, the fat part is just pointless imo, it adds nothing, calling someone a cunt is more an expression of frustration, fat is more personal and low brow imo.
Personally I wouldn't stoop to that level of calling a player/manager a cunt from the stands though, I think it's pointless and just looks childish from the outside but I am not the language police so I am not going to force people to pass a moral purity test here, we are all human and all react emotionally at times, that's human nature.

I really hope not. Admire Mason for how far he's come but frankly think he's hung around a little too long. Our assistant coaches in general leave a lot to be desired.
If Mason has aspirations for senior management, he should take the reins of a Championship side and develop his coaching style.
People are allowed to feel how they wish about anybody, that's the beauty of this world, you can love people, you can hate people, you can like people, you can dislike people, nobody is entitled to be treated a specific way. What you view as abuse I view as the evolution of humans, we have gone from grunting and bashing each other with rocks to saying bad words to each other, in the grand scheme, I would consider that growth, it's fucked up but it's true.
Sport is also emotive and these things often come from a place in supporters because they are worried about their clubs and use managers and players as an outlet for that frustration, is it right? I am not going to judge, personally wouldn't do it myself at a ground because I think it's pointless and there are better ways to show you aren't happy (like not turning up for games or simply booing) but I understand we are all human and react emotionally at times and that's normal.
Maybe not to that level but his ego certainly is just as big imo but personally I don't think even Ange believes his own hype, it's just false bravado born from insecurity.
I think Jose truly believes he is the "special one" lol!
I wouldn't personally do it myself either, I think there are better ways to show you're unhappy but I am not going to judge people for it as, like you, I know humans can react emotionally at times.

After reading the last 20 pages of this thread I get the distinct impression that most are going for "ANGE OUT" , is that right or am I not reading the room correctly .
The Ange-Outers are very vocal here after a loss and are perhaps over-represented in "the room". After a win it's different.
If you look at the corresponding thread on another Spurs message board you'll get a more positive vibe. That's probably skewed by censorship: too much vitriol gets you perma-banned over there apparently. But then the banned come to TFC which means they are always going to be over-represented here.

I think we are big enough to pluck Marco Silva or Iraola even mid-season if we offered them big money and were willing to pay out their compo, I think either would have us much better coached than we are under Ange and both are working miracles with their respective squads.
I don't understand attacking his character or calling him a cunt. Call him an idiot if you want I suppose, but he really isn't one. Call him a manager out of his depth at this level, I'll agree. But abusing the manager in a foul way doesn't help us today or when we need to attract the next, and it ought to be beneath a club of high standing.
So right. Some of our fans are so precious. Ange didn't ask for the song. He didn't ask for his name to be sang - he specifically said that in the 1st month of his tenure he rather his name being sang ONLY after he won something with us. Yet some of our fans are like fucking babies, but actually adults being so thick and dense, so quickly to fall in love with him, and now so quickly to hate him. Again, let me reiterate that this is not a love for Ange, it could be anyone. People literally couldn't separate the support for Ange, or support for Tottenham Hotspur manager. Some of our fans are the actual cunts. And those in here, we know who you are.
