Manager Ange Postecoglou

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

He's been talking absolute fucking lies for weeks and flat out refusing to acknowledge irrefutable facts.
He's either trolling or seriously unstable.
Thought he was a good poster for a while but completely lost his marbles now.

Stuck on ignore so I don't have to keep seeing him quote me and argue with facts all the time.
100% trolling.

A shame because I initially was sort of happy to see him posting again and nothing untoward had happened to him. Of course I'm still happy he's physically fine (an assumption) but mentally he's absolutely cooked.

VDV had hamstring issues before he joined. This latest one seems like we have issues with the way we recuperate players from injuries.

Davies was very clearly from overplaying at his age. And now broke down when returning from injury.

Odobert was a classic Ange first season hamstring, which IS something that apparently comes with the Ange training style and then apparently the players are usually more resilient to it in the second season.. but somehow he is another one who broke down when he came back from injury.

So, if we actually look at it, what we have now is a much bigger issue with players breaking down when they return from injury. It seems like a systematic problem but how can anyone say that systematic issue lies with the manager when he's saying it's the first time in his career that he's seen it but was very clear that first season his teams pick up small strains when they adapt to the intensity..
Based on WHAT exactly?

if i only joined in october 2024 then that only means that i didn't do something dumb on here like call for nuno to be sacked only for him to rise to the top of the premier league with nottingham forest

thats you people, thats not me, you did that
I very much doubt that members of an Internet forum directly got a manager sacked, regardless of attending matches or not.

Nuno was sacked because he was playing awful football with the players at his disposal. Arguably not helped by Kane downing tools and playing within himself.

Point of order this is the same Euro expert was regularly banging one out over Leggo Man. Now remind me about the huge tactical expertise he had when started at Arse...yeah right. People not getting how bad Postecoglou and Men at Work are. Oh and....

What does it say that Chelsea looked at Terzic but went for Maresca after one year in the Championship instead?

What put them off?

We've moved on from Chelsea cast offs to managers that they didn't even think were good enough to hire in the first place.

FWIW I'm not even against Terzic if Ange goes, I'm just saying any coach we bring in, is going to end up having something that the negative loop decides isn't good enough.

i bet you i go back to the nuno thread and ill see plenty of people in agreement of the sacking and even mockery of nuno himself claiming he was out of his depth at tottenham

He’s dealing with elite athletes now. Something he’s never done before.

Finely tuned human beings. Performing at the peak of physical activity.

Easy way to look at it. He was used to dealing with high performance Vauxhalls. Now he’s dealing with F1 cars.

You need to adjust….. which we all know he’s shite at doing.
So I wonder if he’s changed his approach to training players at all.
