How do they do that?

Having the same players play that system every 3 days might exasperate it but Liverpool have been doing that as well for years under Klopp. Salah literally never gets a rest in CL weeks.
Liverpool know when to switch it on and off, rest on the ball, move as a unit etc
We're far from that. Example: Solanke yesterday running like a dog pointlessly pressing Nottingham defenders by himself at one point

What I don’t get is why Liverpool have players who can play and clearly must train with extreme intensity yet not getting injured so much. We have had it under Poch, Jose, Conte and now Ange and Ange seems to be the worst but to me there is something not right with the medical situation or we simply have to thin a squad in terms of quality so over play. I don’t know but it’s killing us.

We're not the only ones; but a few teams do seem to get away with it.

.........And don't think for a second Klopps training sessions are like Butlins either.
Is exactly what I've been trying to tell people who want Ange to suddenly be less intense.

No doubt they think Pep's training sessions are a doddle as well.

At some point, we have to make a decision as a club, if we want to aspire for Championship winning football that dominates teams with intensity, we need to be willing to pull out all of the stop to achieve that. You don't achieve that by only having 11 players who can do it than knackering them out and then flip-flopping away from it when your results suffer because those players are burnt out and/or injured.

The “two week” setback that Ange told us about will now see Ben out until the end of January, along with Mickey and Romero.

I’ll say it again, this manager is killing our players. Won’t be long before the attackers start dropping like flies too.

Honestly we are really fortunate Solanke and Kulusevski have been at least fit enough to play. We would absolutely dire having to rely on Johnson/Werner/Son to lead the line. Richarlison is back so maybe that could be a thing for us, but he is so damn undependable, I wouldn't want to expect too much.

I hate to see him pressing so hard all the time- big Dom is a unit- but every player's body will break down eventually under prolonged over-exertion.

Richy is a bust and needs top be sold.

And I have no idea how solanke has his hammys intact.

Dude is just a professional. Does his job, and at an above average clip, almost always.
It seems like a conversation we have all the time. He’s under appreciated because he’s not flashy. But he’s as steady as can be, and I sure as hell am gonna miss him when he’s gone
