Hummm I love it when you talk dirty to me, Doomey

I guess it’s about how you build your rotation

6 seniors and a youngster or 2 for 3 positions

Solanke - CF
Johnson - RF
Son - LF, CF
Odobert - LF, RF
RKM - RF, CF

Moore and Yang as your youngsters

Richy moves on.

Then we only really to need sort out the eventual succession for Son. Could be Odobert and more or Yang end up being good enough or you buy another.

Vlahovic only playing CF limits your rotation and flexibility imo
Even if he's shit, Yang will be Sonny's heir. Daddy Danny loves them South Korean wons.

I'd rather not go for a out of form punt in Jan and wait until the Summer when there's more options available.

Taking out of form players isn't going to do much for an out of form team.
Those options might get slimmer and slimmer the way we are falling down the table .
When does “ out of form” start being classed as a below average PL team ?
In a few weeks after the Everton away game, we could be in a very serious situation . It’s pretty serious now.

I get we have some squad building problems particularly in Europe (not that that will be a problem next year) but buying some jack of all trades, master of none forward seems mad to me. Buy a striker who scores loads of goals to challenge Dom, buy a winger who terrifies fullbacks to kick Johnson to the bench. Sometimes we make the strangest decisions.
Sometimes?

And a player who hasn't scored for a year doesn't do anything for us...he's more out of form that Werner

Why do Spurs fans like mediocrity so much, it's incredible.

You are the one that wants to wait until the summer for “better options “ apparently.

What better options ? We could be in the championship next season the rate we are going

Hmm I wonder how we improve on a player who hasn't scored in a year and who's mentally checked out of his club, I can really see them improving us.

If you're one of those hyperbolic fans who think we're going to end up in the Championship next season then that explains your need for mediocrity.
