Old but gold
The biggest problem here is the old adage "Look at what people do, not what they say." If Levy really wanted to change the culture and back the manager over the players, he'd be ruthless about selling on players that have let Ange down, but he's been very far from ruthless and you always get the impression that Spurs is treated as a bit of a country-club by some of the players. State of the art training ground and facilities, without a lot of undue pressure to perform.
