Looks like simple regression to the mean to me, the fact that we had been hitting new lows for quite some time made this kind of a mini upturn in form almost a certainty. Unless this is accompanied by a significant improvement in our game I'm afraid this will end up being a false dawn. We're riding our luck, and a statistical phenomenon, more than anything at the moment.

We could have been down 3-0 five minutes in against a relegation fodder that averages one a match, there's nothing sustainable about this.
