Not so much not using him in his correct position, but there aren’t many who would start him in the PL due to his tactical weakness (off ball).
I just think he’d be a great tool to have on the bench when trying to break down blocks.

You ought to mention that to the minister of agriculture
Mavericks always need good management. They aren't the same as your Mr predictable talisman types or your workhorse runners and ball-winners. You don't build your team around them but Spurs and the Premier League in general is drastically lacking maverick players who can do the things others don't even think of.
There are too many boring, predictable players in this league. Bring us a peak Dele attitude or even a younger Son who would try and dribble the entire pitch or take 3 shots from 20 yards. Who is trying a cute backheel or a flick over their head in this team? The type of move or goal that you go home from a game remembering and discussing for years? The only one I can see trying anything is maybe Bergvall but he hasn't pulled one off yet.
What was the last goal in the Premier League that you can remember being worth talking about?
