Depends on what you class as deflecting. Jose at Inter definitely took part in some verbal warfare with the press and media. But there were legitimate claims of referees trying to screw Inter over at the time so he kinda felt vindicated in it I guess?
So he's blamed weather , pitches ,Injuries , God and now a dressing room leak on our poor results

With the way we're ramping up non-football events I wouldn't even be surprised if he's here next season too.
What's there to leak? We can invite the whole world into our meeting and they still won't make up anything useful.

VAR, too few games, too many games and youngsters with phones.
In Europe their home record this season is significantly better. In cups like this the atmosphere and occasion make a big difference and that kind of thing is a bigger factor than it is in the league. To be fair, our atmosphere last night was pathetic and Frankfurt almost made it a bloody home game.
In general, their record lately (home and away) is bad. Even in Europe it is wholly unimpressive. I've said it before but the europa league this season is entirely winnable with not a single genuine top side who have fallen in it. Frankly if we don't win it United probably will.

"Look, there is no doubt we have got a leak inside the club. Somebody who continues to leak out information. They have all year. I don’t know why. It doesn’t help us. It just makes our job more difficult. We try really hard to keep things in-house like all clubs because we don’t want on game-day opposition being aware of any sort of team selection, but we’ve got somebody within our camp who continually gives out information.
We’ve narrowed it down, we’ve been looking at it for quite a while and kind of have a fair idea of where it is coming from. We’ll deal with it but it’s not helpful for us and half of it is mis-information, half of it is half of the information but irrespectively, it certainly doesn’t help our cause because on game-day what you want to try and do is keep as much information in-house. We try really hard to find out information about the opposition and very hard to, but with us, someone has an open line to what we do. It’s disappointing because you’d like to think everyone who is in our camp is working with us, not against us."

Imagine the negative message it would send to the youth of today were he to out the leak in public, it'd be like confirming to them that snitches get stitches mate, you can't expect a bastion of human morality like Ange to compromise on his ideals like that mate, what kind of man would he be if he didn't think of issues bigger than the trivial pursuit of winning football matches, mate?Or alternatively - "Mate, I've narrowed it down. But I'm not falling for that media trap where you ask me to reveal who the leaker is, because then when I reveal who it is....you'll then accuse me of being the leaker!"

Too many injuries- not enough time for recovery - too many matches - not enough time on the pitch - I'd never criticise VAR and refereeing - VAR and refereeing cost us the match - how many managers have had quarter finals - it's only quarter the finals - assists are are a useless statistic - Son played an important part of our result last night - I want us to win all the time - there is some focus on Europa rather than the league - football gods have forsaken us - Any manager in any position knows, irrespective of the circumstances, that it’s hard work.
