As in : leave the man alone : hopefully he’ll somehow get us to a European final and thereafter anything can happen and thereafter he’ll be gone .
Why get so worked up about someone who can’t do us anymore wrong but potentially ( and however inadvertently ) can do us a favour by :
1 ) Getting us to a European final
2) Potentially winning it
3) Leaving us .

They are cretins. I can hear how little they understand the game by the use of that fucking dumb phrase "its a rebuild" it's bollocks . That’s not a thing and never has been. You do not 'rebuild' in soccer. The best coaches monitor the side see a players peak coming and move them on its a constant process it is not done in one go so you collapse and REBUILD .
That came from the broken English of Pochettino. Trying to explain that he wanted to break a side that had peaked, but whom he loved like his kids. He in particular meant Dele Alli, time proved him correct, but Levy and many of the fan base would not accept it. They wrongly believed having got so close to success a few tweaks was all that was need. Leaving all their favorites in place. Now this phrase has become an idiotic mantra to excuse poor buying horrendous coaching atrocious results.
It's not a rebuild we are simply an object lesson in letting your best players get old together replacing them with inferior players, cutting costs and corners and exacerbating the mess by hiring a complete fucking novice to try and fix it. Perfect fucking storm. Add in the least knowledge fanbase I think in European football.
Post script to rant: I'm questioning the specific people you see constantly punt the idea of a rebuild looking like what we are seeing. And the positivity cult on Bluesky saying 'give Ange another season if he wins the EL' winning that tournament will change nothing about how he helped get us here.
