The most disappointing thing for me about Ange is how much shit he talks whilst he allows players he favours to do what they like. He has done the exact opposite of building a winning culture. His ethos is asshat, winning culture isn't built off I don't mind conceding goals, it's not built off not playing percentages, it's categorically not built of 'no assholes' philosophy.
