Amazing coincidence, the have appointed one who has taken a bribe before...

In another completely unrelated coincidence, United have played against 10 men in both of their knockout ties in the EL.
Honestly, I do have that horrible feeling UEFA will be doing all they can to have United win it. The ref choice, the amount of decisions they’ve had go their way, and the fact they’ll want United in the champions league over Tottenham.

I hope I’m wrong, but it’s not like UEFA doesn’t have history of this.

You're not wrong, its going to happen, but if the Goons can beat Real Madrid with all the help they get then we should be able to beat the Mancs! Didn't they also lose there last EL final as well?

I think it'll be 4-3-3, with Bentancur at 6, and Sarr and Bissouma as 8s. Casemiro is slow, so hopefully the physical advantage would pay off. We're relying on Sarr and Biss to do a lot of ball-carrying to make up for our creative deficiencies.

I don't think it's our best formation, but forcing Son, Odobert to play number 10 feels even riskier.

Could be, but they have no SAF no more, and I supposed Ratcliffe is more detestable than Levy to deal with as a club, so maybe not. United has been in a decline for some years already, so not like having them in CL is going to make it more exciting for UEFA. I think we can be similarly, if not more, an exciting prospect as a club for the newer generation of UEFA thinking.

Lol, we are talking like they are a corrupt bunch.... 🤐

Issue is sarr has been truly awful recently, it doesn't even seem to be able to make a 5 yard pass. i really worry if he is starting a final for us. We need some other solution, a more attacking one at 10.

I don't disagree that he's been poor, but at least he's fit, and I don't think we have any 10s left.

I'm still gutted by the loss of Maddison and (probably) Bergvall. Even the team that started the first leg of the Bodo semi would leave me confident. I feel whatever midfield we send out isn't going to be ideal.
