If I see any more lineups about Solanke in the 10
I've not seen anything from Solanke to suggest he can play there. He doesn't have an eye for a pass, he doesn't have particularly good dribbling skills either. His best work is not done in tight spaces. We are pinning our hopes on a player adapting to a completely new position in a European final. It's like the 4-4-2 lineups with Son and Johnson as traditional wingers
I haven't seen a single solution to the midfield dilemma that excites me. If Sarr is fit, I think it'll be a midfield of Sarr, Bentancur and Bissouma, which is not very inspiring but neither is shoehorning Solanke, Odobert, Son or Porro at 10. The only thing that might work is that they have the legs to overrun an aging Casemiro and hopefully nullify Bruno's passing. But that of course is very pragmatic and reactionary, which isn't Ange's vibe.

Looks like we'll have to go with Odo in the 10, it's the only solution I think, not great but hella better than Son or Solanke there.

I saw the Tweet and stuck it up here without really thinking about the content. Obviously in hindsight it was total nonsense but got a few laughs so not all bad.
I don't think we can afford to use Son as an impact sub. It's a one off game, we have to go with our strongest 11, and although he's not had a great season he is still our best LW.
Tel will be used as the game changer, although I think he's capable of starting as well
