Ex-Spurs Player Harry Kane

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Kane won't really be able to believe we won as far as I see it. Maybe I am wrong.

But nobody is telling me he would not have gloried more in being part of winning the Europa than the Bundesliga.

I ask whether Son or Kane will be looked on more favourably in the future, and much of that because of yesterday.

Hmmmmmm.....

I think one other aspect that might tarnish his imago is that he was put into CL final when he clearly was not fit.
Wish Poch would have done what Ange did in terms of picking starter/sub in that final too...

BUT I have a very strong feeling that Harrys last word hasn't been said yet.
I think he will return to Spurs from Bayern. And hopefully gets trophy for Spurs too!

Interesting take, but with his medal and our success, that's now more plausible.

He certainly won't be United bound!

There we have a one-word tweet that speaks volumes.
I’m not sure if he has someone managing his social media but the former club captain sending a one word tweet looks like nothing more than the bare minimum.

Then there is Lucas. The guy recorded himself wearing a spurs shirt, watching from Brazil celebrating at the final whistle.

Reserving sticking the boot in case it was someone working for him. But if Kane was the one to write that, he’s a dickhead.

Lets not get carried away here. Harry Kane is a legend who will always love Spurs.

But ofcourse he is going to be a little bit gutted about missing out on the Europa League. Its a way bigger achievement winning a Europa League with Spurs than a Bundesliga with Bayern. He knows that and so does everyone else. I'm going to guess he had mixed emotions yesterday. I'm sure he was delighted for the club, players and fans but he was definitely gutted that it was not him lifting the trophy.

He only just won the Bundesliga and probably convinced himself the move was worth it and then 10 days later we go and win a European cup. Does that make him a dickhead? Not for me. He congratulated us but its only natural that he wishes it was him lifting the trophy.

1000000% a europa win with spurs would mean far more than a german league title with bayern for him. oh well fuck it anyway, old news kane. good luck to him! hopefully we get our shit together this summer and we can meet bayern next year!

I’m sure someone else manages it for him, and Lucas doesn’t play for another team in Europe that Spurs will be in a competition with next season.

It’s a little uninspiring for sure, but I think he’s just tempering it because he needs to.

Should have stayed then shouldn't he?

He let himself be swept away by the lazy narrative of Spurs don't win and he wanted out earlier than he got out. Only Levy being Levy kept him here as long as he was.

I'm chuffed it was Son lifting the trophy and not Kane. That's a guy that put Spurs first.
