This journalist makes some solid points in favour of keeping Ange. She doesn’t gloss over his mistakes but makes some good points such as - in the 21 games where we had our best back four we won 16 drew 2 and lost 3, she also talks about our injuries and also points out that Solanke is the only senior player we’ve recruited under Ange last summer, the rest being kids. The main point, as far as I’m concerned is that Levy is the problem - totally agree.

The Eiropa should be forgotten in this assessment in the same way we mostly forgot cup failure when Pochettino was here, in favour of what was going on in the PL.

I think because of the longer sunlight hours, some people have an excess of irrational thinking.

Postecoglou would not have been allowed half that number. And much as I despise everything about Abramovich and that club, it would have been the right decision.

It's only by that law of large numbers and the football Gods belatedly giving us a break that we secured the Europa (marvellous beyond words) that we have a foundation for something far better than we could have hoped.

That some of the managerial options being floated are maybe not of the objective calibre of yesteryear should not in any way delay the right decision, or we will have chucked away an unexpected gift.

is even the hipsters choice? i'd say iraola, Terzic or who i'd prefer Xavi, is a hipsters choice. Frank is just uninspiring and reeks of a board who really dont have a clue how to operate the footballing side of a big club,

Planes can glide to a landing with a bit of skill.
