I enjoy watching the actual football matches more than watching the captain lifting a trophy. It's why I started watching football to begin with. I much preferred watching Pochettino's, Redkanpp's and Jol's teams than I did when George Graham was manager and won a trophy, ditto this present team. I hope that helps you get my POV.If you can't enjoy winning our first European trophy since 1984 & put entertainment ahead of the pure joy we fans felt at the final whistle in Bilboa & would rather bemoan the lack of a Ginola or a Bale then I don't understand why you bother? All those years under Poch with the quality players didn't match the unbridled joy me and my kids had that night in Bilboa. It didn't come close. I don't understand how negative and moany some of our fan base have become these days. I'm not just digging you out McCoys you're not alone in your feelings I just don't get it that's all.
