That’s bull shit how many of the 20000+ spurs fans in the san manes on 21st may or 220000 lining Tottenham high st on the 23rd wanted him sacked ? The game is about glory and those of us actually invested in the team finally got a taste after too long a gap - it’s the keyboard warriors spending all weekend wanking and spouting shit on the internet that wanted him sacked - wonder how long before the frank out shit starts
I'm already "Frank Out"

Why would any genuine Spurs fan let that thought cross their mind on the evening of the match or during the parade?!

However, post celebrations I don’t think it makes you any less of a true fan to consider that he’s not really equipped for this level.

You act like it’s a binary choice in that you can’t enjoy the Europa win if you’re not 100% behind Ange for the long term.

That’s emotional claptrap!
Doesnt matter how much of a fan you are whether you go to every game or have never been near a game in your life you are still entitled to an opinion and that opinion is as valid as any one else’s - I was disagreeing with the comment that it was only people who didn’t watch Tottenham who were angry at his sacking
It’s history now time to move on

But,but it's not a once in a lifetime Postecoglou, who brought Spurs their only glory for years. Our saviour.

Nothing at Tottenham will ever be good again. I am in despair and cannot contemplate what life will be like now that the greatest Spurs manager of the last 17 years has been unceremoniously sacked.
Do you mean Past-ecoglou?

...or are you talking about Ange Portaloo, looking very excited here during a recent game?

I can tell you a hell of a lot of the 20k in the stadium will have wanted him out, irrelevant of the result that night, because they are the ones that had to watch the dreadful performances week in, week out and had to pay for it.
As I said previously I am in a crowd of about 40 that were there, 20 or so of them were in Bodo, we are the sort that travel up and down country and Europe, and have for decades. All but 2 wanted him gone.

Now not many of them would have chosen Frank as first choice to replace, but all are confident we will perform better week in, week out with literally any other half decent coach than we did with Ange.

I've just never seen any of our games against Brentford and thought "wow, I'd like some of that"
no me neither

but 4 matches in 2 years is a pretty small sample size. 5% of their matches?

for balance theyve scored 66 goals this season

which is more than chavs and only 3 fewer than goons

more than us of course.

in champo they were top scorers for both his full seasons. Apart from the Toney betting scandal season they've never been short of goals.

btw I'm surprised that none of the Ange mob are having pop for losing to Plymouth in the cup

but then LFC did too and then we had that Tamworth fiasco

So refreshing.

Gonna be a whole new beautiful tactical world for the players.

I'm pleased for them.

No more being hung out to dry.

I've been banging the drum of waiting to see what our players look like with actual coaching and tactics rather than a flakey as fuck philosophy.
Not sure Ben Davies falls into that bucket, but hey, whatever.

Imagine Johnson scoring 30 goals next season and Romero not having a single brain fart because the team functions rather than exposing him 30 times a game?
