Conte got Napoli to move Osimenh out on loan to get his mate Lukaku in. Sold the star man, Kravatskelia, to PSG in Jan. filled the midfield with such luminaries as Billy Gilmour and Scot McTominay.
And guess what…he won Serie A in his first season. Serie A footballer of the year….Scott McTominay.
Shows how good he is if you let him run it,
Wonder what we would have thought if he had moved Kane to get Lukaku in. ?
By all accounts the Napoli fans hate the football.

They'll hate it more now they're in the CL and have mid-week football. Conte cannot do Europe and the league.

Wrong. Fergie famously never took training . He delegated it to his assistants e.g. Brian Kidd / Carlos Queiroz / Steve McClaren etc. He watched from afar and kept his distance from the players. He also never went in the players area in the training ground - that was their domain.

Rio Ferdinand has revealed that Sir Alex Ferguson never took training sessions and spent more time speaking to his bookie than anyone else. "Every now and again before a session he'd gather us in, maybe ahead of a big game at the weekend or after a result and say, 'listen guys that game is out of your system now, I want a hard session'.

But when quizzed on whether Ferguson would ever make comments during training the centre-half admitted he was busy discussing which race horse he was going to back. He added: "He's speaking to his bookie about which horse he's backing. That's the person he has most conversation with.

'Fergie definitely not in training' pics:

If he's the guy who's taking over, TF's ceiling will be determined by Levy. He's a quality manager - what he's done with Brentford is proof of what's possible when you're backed by your board - and a great guy, but he's not Rumplestiltskin. Straw is straw under our chairman. But that doesn't mean that we can't play some high-quality football on a regular basis and hopefully grab another cup with him at the helm.

One thing I do hope is that all the fans who are sad about Ange's departure will give the guy a chance. It would be a sad state of affairs if he's shackled from the off by a horde of wailing man-children. If you lot have any anger to vent, there is only one guy to aim that at.
Well said that man

Highlighting the idiocy of replacing Ange with Frank, seems like a reasonable thing to do in either thread. If you don't like my posts though, just click the ignore button.
Blah blah
