Ange came in and he/we basically hired a random group of average to poor coaches, and Ange asked them to implement his way of playing.

We genuinely looked the poorest coached team in the league, and is it a surprise.

It's just amateur hour.

It may have worked for Ange in tin pot leagues, but it was never going to work in the PL. He was too arrogant to think he could just walk into a PL club with no trusted staff, and make a success of it.

He was too naive and stupid, and I am amazed the club signed off on it. I don't understand why the club didn't question that, and say no. But then I don't understand why we hired him in the first place, butwe were desperate he was about 6th down the list of managers, so maybe that was why.

Frank bringing in his own trusted staff is as important as any signing we can make this summer IMO.

But once again the 6th pick manager won us the EL cup so something worked in the backroom didn't it?

No. Do you genuinely think great coaching from our backroom staff won us that Europa?

You only have to look at our PL results, over a very prolonged period of time, to see that our backroom staff were fucking useless.

It's absolutely no surprise they have all been jogged on, as clearly the club felt the same.
 
Strongly suspect the players that became attached to Ange did so because they were glad for a rest after Conte.
18 months of being ran into the ground and thrown under the bus vs 2 years of fuck all training and never been held to account.

i'm biased but i think the boys are going to be quite pleased playing for someone who will develop them and get them playing at a higher level. i'm predicting a great environment in the squad next season.

Those are the kind of players you want at a club, not the ones who are looking for an easy ride.
I could imagine a player like Kane, with almost 400 club goals to his name is the sort who is more than happy to learn something new and get a good work out week to week.
