I'll be fully honest, I'm coming at it from ignorance because I never noticed him.

Is he CL contender level? Would he start for any of the top 3 teams in the PL? If not now, could he reach that level?

The guy couldn't even be bothered to track back when out of position for most of the time he played this season and then remembered he was a defender when he could sniff a cup.

If he stays he stays, if he goes he goes.

FYI

- Marc-Andre ter Stegen wants out of Barca and they're happy to let him go, so transfer would be cheap and he's on 120k (€) pw til 2028 (Vic is on 75k)

- Sell Romero for 60-70mil and we could afford Guehi; Cuti is on 165k pw and Guehi earns 50k at Palace...we could double/triple the latter's wages and still save money

- Udogie and Robinson got the same pricetag or thereabouts...Udogie earns 75k pw, AR is on 50k so even if you give the Yank 100 grand, you ain't jeopardizing your WTR or PSR

- Reckon Barella could be done for circa 30-40 mil if Inter were keen on Biss (60k) and/or Richy (90k) in return...he earns 230k (€) pw at Inter but fuck it, we can afford that without blinking

- We no longer have to cough up for Timo (160k) & Tel (80k), that would go towards Mbeumo's even if we give him the 200k ish United have put on the table...TM value is 55mil

- Osimhen would be a pricey one but "we want to compete on all fronts", so 50mil fee + 300k pw wages shouldn't be a block

- Eze: same rationale as above

- If Murillo is pushing it for one window, fine, make do with Vusko & Ben...Leif Davis is a 15-20 mil buy and that's if we don't lower it by sending Ipswich a couple like Ash and Dane/Lanks

- Out would be Vicario, Forster, Reguilon, Udogie, Romero, Dragusin, Bissouma, Richarlison, Tel, Werner, Solomon, Gil and Veliz...plus Hojbjerg at Marseille permanently...that's a lot of wages off the books and some decent transfer fee money coming in
