Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

It wouldn't be a bad thing to bring in some tough, physical players along with younger guys long on potential. Mourinho would talk about Spurs players being "nice boys" and he didn't mean it as a compliment. Coming off a season with so much losing, I wonder if some portion of the team accepted losing too easily. Postecoglou would talk about some losses being "unacceptable" but was the reality that he, and the players, did come to accept losing too easily?

Brentfordliterally had Maupay and Toney up staring up front for them a couple of seasons ago, I wouldn't take that so seriously.
Maupay is a weapons grade bell end, but did he ever bad mouth the club like Garnacho did? Always seemed to give his all for Brentford when I watched even though he was a total shithouse.

It’s the disrespect for the club I’d expect some managers to have issues with re Garnacho’s behaviour.

A few of our many criticisms last season was that we were very soft, lacked physical presence and aerial dominance. It’s therefore interesting to see us linked to multiple players who can be referred to as a ‘unit’.

Bisseck, Branthwaite, Collins, N’Dicka - all strong and aerially dominant

Semenyo, Mbeumo - both very physical

Norgaard, D Luiz, Eze, Gibbs-White - also physical players

Garnacho - tenacious

Sancho, Nenes, Grealish, Simons - exceptions
Branthwaite for me, home grown, great in the air, two footed, fast and as hard as nails. Him, Danso , Micky, Dragusin a d Vusovic should be pretty good.

I can’t recall but had discussion with Richard Arlison who intimated similar.

The point I was making was that behaviour once already at a club is slightly different than buying a player who just demonstrated he is disruptive IYSWIM.

Possibly, I don't think it's that deep anyway, not that I want Garnacho but I just don't take this no dickhead policy that literally.
