Waste it on some more average players on low wages?Ugh... if only we hadn't blown that cash on Richy and (to a lesser degree) Solanke.. what could we do with that kind of money

Frank can persuade him to move to London from errr London , not exactly Kirsty Allsop and Phil Spencer levels of location location . What shit journalism / click bait , not even trying to sound realisticThis seems like your typical journo story where anyone can put 2+2 together.
Mbeumo is a cracking player, but spunking 70 mill of our budget on him doesn't make a lot of sense. Our wide attacking players are not a squad weakness.
Need Eze or another creative profile.
But if Frank really does want Mbeumo here, i'm all for supporting the new boss
This feels like one of those bids where they know it won't actually happenI'm struggling to believe we bid £70m for Mbuemo.....not our style.
Fair point!Buying a lot of these youngsters is Stock pilling and blocking our own youngsters.
Never seen this guy play or know anything about him but what happens to Devine, Donnelly, Abbott and all the other players coming up?
As a centre forward? Has nothing to offer as a wide forward. FinishedAt 8m he stays as he's capable of playing once a week or more and be a threat to opposition
There’s going to be nothing left in Brentford

Mbeumo will be a great signing - for once we will bring in a signing who manager wants + a player who is in peak form in PL
Mbeumo will make Solanke a far better threat IMO
Will be? Surely you mean would be.Mbeumo will be a great signing - for once we will bring in a signing who manager wants + a player who is in peak form in PL

The way Frank has his wingers set up and improves players, I can see him playing Johnson on the left

It may seem that way to us, having grown up pretty much only knowing Man Utd league dominance through to our mid-late 20s, but there are 12 year olds now who haven't seen Man Utd win the league, and 21 year olds like Tel and Odobert, who have been born since Woolwich last won anything that wasn't the FA Cup.
I kind of feel like it's the same as when a generation or two older would talk about Everton being a massive club - time moves on and it's not that people forget, it's more than someone age 25 or so wasn't going through their teens with the Ferguson united, but rather the Moyes shitshow, or the Van Gaal shitshow, or the Mourinho shitshow, or the Solkjaer shitshown.
All they will have seen and remember is a Man Utd shitshown.

That's why I can't see us signing eze i think Frank sees kulu as backup to maddison for the 10. I reckon and hope it's mbeumo and I'm guessing we go for tel since levy wants it badly. Bit if that also makes us get a banging 6 like hjalmund I would accept that
