I dunno. You seem to want more Soldado's and less Dele's despite Dele being a part of one of our best sides in living memory and Soldado.....not.
I don't really care about price tags, how well known they are or where they have played.
I care that we have thoroughly scouted the player and used a system of metrics to judge whether they will be able to perform that way for us in the PL and CL.
We have failed with big names and big price tags. We lost over £100m on Ndombele, Sessegnon and GLC recently lets not forget.
Probably Mbeumo but if you asked me who we lack more I would say Semenyo. We have Johnson who is a very good scorer like Mbeumo but we don’t have anyone like Semenyo, we don’t have a Nico Williams, Anthony Gordon, Leao profile.
He can't force him to chose Spurs and the fact they often pay absurd wages may be fair enough for not matching them as well.
Levy has many faults, but not outbidding a basket case like United is not one of them.

Mbeumo. Watching Brentford it seemed as if he made players around him better. So much of what they did ran through him. I'd be happy with Semenyo but I'd be delighted with Mbeumo.
You sure the plan isn't to sell Son and Solomon, give that money to Manchester United for Rashford, and then they use that money to buy M'buemo?

I’d probably take Akliouche. Higher ceiling. But Mbeumo is PL battle ready and grafts harder off the ball.
