I agree for the price quoted. But quite often with these types of players adding goals in a big number is the last and final step to there development. Quite often these player types have it all apart from goals then it suddenly clicks for them. Hazard was abit like this in that sense, brilliant player but took time to get that serious output.
Hazard scored 20 league goals in France aged just 20. First season at Chelsea he scored just shy of 15 goals across all comps. Then got 17 & 19 the following two years.

I could see it being

Semenyo and Bardghji if they see Kulusevski as a 10.
or
Semenyo and a left footed 10 like Paz if they think Kulusevski plays RW.
Without the presence of sudoku ‘s fantastic charts, I can’t be sure that Eze would help our roster (overall) with a HG allocation, but I suspect that he would.

FWIW, Semenyo has better defensive stats (interceptions, tackles, headed clearances, etc.) in 10%< minutes than Mbeumo.
Hard work, strong physical/athletic profiles, and PL experience all add up to a "high floor" asset.

Solanke, Richy, Johnson, we've done a lot of that recently.

The overall strategy looks like a mix between that sort of high-floor reliability and hoping to develop high-ceiling younger players.

That's a very 5th-6th placey strategy, imho

I’d take 5th or 6th next season + some deep Cups action.

A squad of those type of players tho…

The way Levy is talking we'd better have a very big budget and 3 big signings for the first 11 ready to go.
Otherwise it's just laughable. Yes we have a very young talented core of players that will grow and improve but as it stands we are very very likely to be played off the park against most top European teams.
I'm willing to hold off until the window shuts as we have a good few weeks to go to do business but it sure sounds like he setting himself up to become the butt of even more jokes with statements like that.
