Get rid of the deadwood like Davies and stop buying unproven young foreign players for big money then give these guys a chance. I do t want to keep hearing they need a loan. Why does t the sane apply to players like gray, Wilson, tel etc. they are all similar age and are imo not any better than our academy boys like donley, Devine, Moore and dorrington. I think it’s bcos they seem to identify the right type of player and go for it. Not always spending huge sums but sensible purchases. They also move on players unlike what we do. We give one extension to players who should have gone ages ago.
