He didn’t miss. He aimed for the keepers foot and that’s precisely where it wentI hope by now Spurs fans have forgiven Son for missing the chance only keeper to beat to score against City home game two seasons ago!
Yes, I think we all know this. But the EPL, or to use it's unofficial name 'the toughest league in the world' is one of the most popular and it regularly provides strong contenders to the CL. More than most.
Anyway, stop being nasty to people. it's a tough time!

Yes, it’s garbage. The “he can’t cut it here anymore because it the toughest in the world” is so lame. Sonny can’t perform at the level we have expected from him at any of the top leagues in the world, like LaLiga, Serie A, and the Bundesliga.
There are multiple leagues that are very challenging for different reasons. Palinha was a monster in the EPL but did very poorly on the best club in the Bundesliga.
La Liga is extremely technical and tactical. Even the worst teams in that league “play” with the ball. They typically don’t huff it up and try to play like the lower level EPL sides.
The Bundesliga is also very physical and tactical.
Serie A is very technical and tactical, but not as much as LaLiga.
They’re all tough!
They didn't play in the league because they knew they couldn't hack it......You can build Sonny up without tearing others down.
LaLiga has won more UCLs in the modern era than any other league. And it’s not even close.
The top 5 players of all time (for me, Messi, Maradona, Pele, CR7, and Cruyff) either never played in England (four of them) or played their prime in another league (CR7). Of the top 10 of all time, maybe one played his prime in England. One!
So, LaLiga dominates the UCL historically, the best players of all time didn’t play in England, and the national team (mostly EPL) never wins anything, but the EPL is the toughest league in the world! Do you know how stupid this sounds?

Why don’t you shut the fuck up and stop trying to police this board? You really are a fucking annoying cunt. This is Sonny's day... Piss off with this crap.
(You're concurrently peddling the same shit in another thread atm........ Perhaps take the chip on your shoulder back there instead.)
So which season was peak Son? Mourinho counter attack Son (COVID) or Conte golden boot Son?
I'm glad Sonny picked up the trophy
He is not only a Tottenham Hotspur legend but one of the most honest, loyal, passionate human beings on the planet.
May he get all he deserves.
Son is up there with Hoddle in my lifetime as a proper Spurs legend.I'd say loyalty is part of greatness though. To be a Spurs great you need to be loyal. Bale and Modric had greater technical ability, but Sonny rightly deserves the greatest tag over them and Kane.
He was 10/10Thanks for posting these. What amazes me is that he scores these rocket goals with either foot, just incredible. And in his prime one of the fastest players on the pitch. And, he goes out with a trophy. Farewell Mr. Son. Thanks for the memories.
I witnessed his debut - he was my 7Son is up there with Hoddle in my lifetime as a proper Spurs legend.
