So did Romano get this one right the other day or is it another untruth?
He looked immense in preseason. Would have loved to see him pay for us this year. Plenty of fixtures in the cup competitions.
If Vuskovic is who the club expects him to be, then he needs to be playing regularly for his development.
Keeping him on the bench for a year “just in case” hurts both him and us in the long-term.

Brilliant loan for him. He’s at the stage where playing week in week out for a season will be so beneficial. We’ll get a ready made monster next season.
It will be great experience for Luka, but I hope we have an option to recall him in the January window.
If we get a glut of CB injuries before Xmas, we should be playing Luka, not spending money on another CB.
Its a little known fact outside the Balkans but Croatians see themselves and Germans as kindred spirits..would not surprise me if he tears it up over there and there is talk of him making the loan permanent.
Why doesn’t that principal apply to other clubs and their youth. Look at foden pep didn’t send him out on loan. The gooners threw their kids in straight away. Even manure gave mainoo a chance. Not sure Hamburg have 60m to spend on a CB and not sure we would sell if he tears it up... I think he comes back and becomes the 3rd CB playing where he will get 20-25 games per season - early round cup games, league games to rest CB1 and CB2, covering the inevitable suspensions and injuries etc.
