Genuinely think a loan to a decent championship team would be good for him
Can't get him from Bayern to sign perm then loan him out again, not only is that gonna piss him off it's a massive waste of money and resources and time.
Let the coach do his job, he's a specialist in getting the most out of our players especially forwards.
I've still got very high hopes for Tel. I'm basing that on his showing in the Under 21 internationals recently. There was a lot of talk about the big German Nick Voltemade (age 23) who Newcastle are about to fork out £69 million for but I thought Tel (age 19) was better. Let's give him time. There’s lots of games to play and competition for places will either make him, and benefit us, or he won’t cut it and we will hopefully get a decent return for him.

I get that- and Shady’s points. He just feels like he could do with toughing up. Hopefully he’ll get good minutes in the cups at least. He hasn’t had loads of regular football recently hence why I thought the loan would be good for him.

He’ might play the toughest games on the left with Sarr in the 10 but he’s come to spurs to be the center piece. The role that Damsgaard had for Frank last year, will be Simons this year.

Regardless, still got no room for Tel and he should really be loaned out. I'm sure there's plenty teams in the PL & abroad that'd take him on loan for a year.
He is our player, and talent is there, but he needs time and confidence.

Wait and see what Frank manages to get out of Tel before we send him out on loan. Maybe Frank can make Tel shine again. Frank is known for being able to develop players.
