but we are worse than them right now! i've got us getting 5-6 more points this season at best. perhaps some injured players come back but our best hope is the teams around us lose form.
We really need a win or two before April because we all know what you say is spot on. Any club that is pretty much locked into a position in the table will throw their game against our relegation rivals.
I think we are the worst team in the league atm. Could really use Kudus back. Limited as he is, he's our best attacker.
Leeds play Brighton at home, not away, meaning 6 home games, 5 away. Their home form (and atmosphere) has been very good, and they have kept picking up away points since the start of December (Liverpool, Brentford, Sunderland, Chelsea, Villa) Only lost 2 of the last 14, by the odd goal in 5 at City and the odd goal in 7 at Newcastle, both times they had a right go at the opposition.
I was hoping Johnson would be still in the first team. Alas not. He got dropped after 3 games

I don't see adfaw at Anfield as possible, and as long as Liverpool batter West Ham (1 nil will do), next weekend, that's okay.

Yeah it is. Support isn't totally unconditional. We need owners who prioritise success on the pitch, reasonable prices, and players who give their all. Otherwise, why should the fans?

I think there has been systemic issues since the Pochettino cycle, where poor decisions have been made, partly to appease Kane, which in hindsight weren't good for the club or Kane
Then more recently, the choice of the previous manager and his entourage simply came when the ask was very different. Again, that is with the benefit of hindsight to some degree but it's also something that became obvious quite quickly.
Why I agree with your sentiment is that in waiting 6 weeks longer than we should have done to dismiss the previous incumbent, it revealed wholesale incompetence.
It's left us in a precarious situation, with no certainty of survival and nothing to suggest that if we do (as we still should) avoid the drop, that time will make a material difference.
I think at this stage. ENIC are praying we stay up, so they can get maximum value for the club.
Whatever happens ENIC won't be tolerated.
Opta also says 82% chance for Woolwich to win the league. I don’t know what calculations go in to it but that seems ludicrously high for lots of reasons.
