For inside London there is only one real option an that's Selhurst Park.

26k capacity isn't too bad and presumably would sell out each week. There isn't really a rivalry between Palace and Spurs - and importantly, Selhurst Park has a precedent as (the old) Wimbledon and Charlton have ground shared there before.

The only issue I can see is that we'd be South London for a year, which might annoy some people, but I'd guess that it would piss off less people than it would if we went to MK.

Charlton is a good shout though. Have always liked the Valley as a football ground.

Better a London club stays in London I reckon. Whether the river is north or south of the ground not as big an issue as moving the club to a different city altogether!
 
Assuming that Wembley and Twickers are off the table, I'd go for the Valley. It's a nice modern ground with a lot of personality, fairly easy to get to, some good pubs nearby and unlikely to be a problem in terms of rivalry. Only downside is that it's a bit, er, red...

Levy could provide white bin liners to place over the seats. Perfect.
