Sorry I literally cant keep up....and people wonder why my post count is high..

As for the Tim posts DierWolf, they are simply comparisons to the last regime and how hypocritical people are with the things he did being slated, but not mentioned under Poch.
Where have I been praising him?

I did the same thing under AVB with Redknapp.
Until we actually improve, I will always look back and wonder what the fuck we are doing. Simple as that.

Oh...and here is one you "forgot" to put in regarding AVB..

oops, how inconvenient for you
So your point isn't that Sherwood was treated unfairly, it is that people should be as critical of Poch? Because all your posts seem to suggest that you think that Sherwood was treated unfairly, which may be true but is ancient history and you should really let it go.
If you mean that Sherwood was treated unfairly, which seems more likely, it still doesn't make sense to suggest that people should now unfairly criticize Poch. Two wrongs and all that... All in all it seems a pretty worthless and pointless comparison to continually be beating the drum of.
Doesn't seem plausible to me, seems more like a campaign to say, 'I was right about Sherwood' which also no one is interested in.

Let's have a look at what sammyspurs said a month ago:

Well the less sensitive among us are debating just fine with me.

If you paid attention to my views, instead of my attitude you would see quite quickly that Im a huge fan of Pochettino

Interesting....

Yes, he got flaws, but...

Why are you obsessed with discussing his flaws? I bet you wanna go "I told you so" someday when he cracks.

Soulread.

Jesus sammy the analogy is a simple one and isn't really up for discussion. A merc saloon isn't ever going to win an F1 race

Yet its your analogy

and our squad as it stands isn't ever going to win anything significant because its not good enough.

We were in a cup final with a team we had beaten 5-3 eight weeks earlier. Or is the CC beneath us?

It isn't good enough with our best performing players out on the pitch, and you want to "rotate in" even worse players.

Our best performing players are not performing. Some games require rotation. Our worse performing players have not been played to their strengths because of rigid and inflexible coaching and having only one approach to the game. We´ve been found out by the likes of Pardew, Tim and Big Sam.

Look what we got with Vlad and Fazio? I don't think anyone thought "well that was a step in the right direction" after the match.

What did you expect from players who have been dropped for months and then thrown in because of injury?

My point is that Tim was what he was. He did a decent job, had to go at the right time but I had no delusions he was one for the future. I have no idea why he´s despised, and to be honest, I dont care.

The minute AVB left, (as one of his biggest critics) I couldnt care less. Ive mocked him a bit in the past since he went to Zenit, but you could probably only find about 5 posts from me about him in then AVB thread since he left. I actually wished him well when he was sacked.

I really dont give a shit about Tim Sherwood. He is nothing to do with us. My concerns is that it is the likes of him, and his team who are constantly getting the better of us.

Even when we beat these teams, we are struggling heavily, like QPR and Liecester.

Seriously - that is the most nonsensical and asinine attempt at arguing a point you have come out with in my experience of dealing with you.

Closely followed by..........

Sammy - saying the same things over and over again isn't winning an argument
- and I suspect it isn't winning you any friends.
It doesn't matter what response I give, because you will simply say the same things ad nauseum and ignore all of the views I have put forward.
I just don't have sufficient interest in your desire to empty the board of as many posters as you can

Have a good day.

Im not looking for friends. If I was, Id be pretending Poch is doing a great job and Im really excited about next season, like certain others among us.

Ha ha you fucking turncoat, "big fan" of Poch.
Amazingly you try to spin that quote into a positive for you. You have well and truly revealed yourself as the idiot you are.

Im not a big fan. The jury is massively out.

I have seen very good things earlier in the season, and now I have massive concerns. I think we have been shit. There is no spin....I blame the manager first and foremost for this second half of the season.

I dont want him fired, more for the sake of the club though, than because I believe in him.

He has a lot to do to win me back over, I dont hide behind that. I dont think signing another 10 players and having another season of transition is ok.

I didnt rate AVB or Tim, yet we are going to finish below them. Why should I be a big fan of Poch?

It was a quote. From you. One month ago. "Huge fan of Poch". That's it.

Is this thread still a told-you-so shrine to that gooner?

Why is it always the people who got it very wrong who complain about being told so....?
:gallashmm:

Some people thought we were going to go out, turn on the style and smash 4 or 5 goals past a crap team with a buffoon in charge.

Some didnt.

There is no joy in being right about it. I expected nothing less yesterday..

Here's a couple quotes from just before kick off..
Hope Dier is at RB as he can actually play there..
No..no, what was I thinking. That would be logical

...yep, told you so.

Wouldnt be a problem if they had kicked a ball in the last 5 months...
They probably do so every day Sammy, in training. However, Fazio recovered ( or not) from his knock and therefore we didn't have to play a makeshift CB.
Anyway, are not Capoue and Kaboul never to be seen in a Spurs shirt again?
After you pick the 11, you only have 6 outfield subs and we have 5 midfielders, 5 defenders and 2 strikers to choose those from.

Wow. Here we are again. Trying to justify another inept performance. I have fallen out with Greaves357_bestever Greaves357_bestever over this but to be honest wonder why. Falling away with half of the team on the fucking plane to Spain and seemingly no investment. Fuck this.
Glad you're coming round to seeing I maybe wasn't so wrong Dixie. Of course I would have loved to have been wrong and the team and our increasingly inept manager show me how good we are now, but alas, alack, etc.
