I like Berahinho and if he refuses to sign a new contract then there may be a deal in the offing. It won't be £25m upfront more like £15 with add ons. I think he could be useful and better than most of our other linked "targets,"

Also, apparently we already offered our first bid of 8 million pounds, which was turned down. Btw, I didn't realize he was 28. I thought he was younger.

On topic: If the rumours are true, why are we splashing £25m on Berahino? I would love to see him in our squad, but hell, not for that kind of money... And he wouldn't be happy being on the bench either. Then I'd rather keep Soldado, who, by the way, is a Dortmund subject if you should believe the papers. Batshuayi would be exciting as well and I think we can get him a lot cheaper than Berahino.

Anyway, why is Yarmolenko not a target? According to his stats, he had an impressive season with Dynamo Kiev (14 goals and 14 assists in 26 matches - however, Transfermarkt's assist count is sometimes off). He really has a quick pair of feet. Considering his height, it's quite impressive!
Would love to see this guy on our right wing!

And just an extra question: Is there any news on Vertonghen signing a new contract? He's only got 1 year left.

In a world where Benteke is worth 32.5 million....

Transfer fees have changed with the new tv deal. They've all gone up.

As others have said, both parties will probably agree on 15-18 million + add ons. We won't pay £25 million, not sure where you've got that number from (Please don't say a newspaper/twitter...)
