Vardy is a top player, while I think Kane has a better all round game, Vardy's pace is destructive. However he is a chav, you can separate the man from the player. Terry was an amazing defender but he is a dick.
It's not even a rival thing, Ade is fucking crazy and he played for us, Kaboul always seemed a prick. You can have good players who are not the nicest individuals. It is what it is.
And yes Rooney is past it now, I always feel he was a man at 16 and just as he was around 5 years older than his real age back then it's the same now, he is 30 but his body is 35-36. No doubt he will still keep his England place.

Good luck with that mate. One of the attractions of this forum is that, aside from the occasional intervention when things get too heated, the "moderators" as you call them tend to treat us as grown ups who are free to express our own opinions.
This isnt the sort of site (RAWK springs to mind) where you find self appointed internet thought police intervening all day and every day - people here are free to call you a cunt if they think you are.
Which, judging by the replies you have been getting thusfar, they generally do.
The punishment for swearing appears to be a 2 match ban (Rooney, Wishere etc.) I think the hearing is about Leicester and Vardy trying to keep it to 1. It could well be more.

Generally it's a do as you like unless you get enough sin bin votes which leads to a temp ban or in the case of mad yid post pics of trannies and grannies.

3 match bans are for violent misconduct and serious foul play IIRC.

Vardy is clinical and has skill and pace. I rate him as a player, never said I didn't. But he is also a nasty fella. I rate a couple of other players at Leicester, but don't think they are cunts because they're not, so I don't hate them. Obviously if Vardy was being suspended and it was this time last year I wouldn't be taking anywhere near as much notice, but my feelings about it would be the same. I wouldn't want to sign Vardy even though he would give us another option because he is the opposite of what I want for my club in terms of behaviour. If he was identical but not a cunt, I'd want him at the club.

Luckily for us, I can't think of anything that anyone in our squad has done to deserve scrutiny. In fact, that drink driving case against Berahino makes me uneasy about the possibility of signing him.
Edit: listened to about five minutes of that Woolwich podcast this week with Alan Davies in it to drink in their collective tears. Had to turn it off when I heard him talking about how much he likes 'Jack' and finds his antics endearing. Would expect as much from someone who once bit a tramp.

Gazza was a bit before my time, so can't really comment on that one. Difficult on the Rafa one... wasn't really an opportunity to see how our fanbase would properly respond to it, considering he was gone by then. At least he was repentant for it, unlike Simpson. (also worth noting that he didn't get love from Spurs fans in the same way ever again)
Holtby went way down in my estimations when he cheated on his girlfriend with that air stewardess. Then went down even further based on his evident footballing talent (or lack thereof).
Weird how the football side of things and personal can both be so good/bad in isolation.
Suarez seems a nicer chap off the pitch whereas John Terry is a professional on the field.
