Manchester United have clearly paid off FA. The amount of dodgy decisions and pens they get is ridiculous. The most absurd one was vs Brighton where they had 3 more minutes added on after stoppage time was over, for absolutely no reason.
Liverpool are massive dopers. The stamina their players have is unnatural. For the past few seasons, their players have barely rotated.
Man City have broken FFP rules and should have had punishment. Got off on a ridiculous technicality. They were found guilty of hiding the evidence. But because they managed to hide the evidence for long enough, it was beyond UEFA's time limit to find them guilty of FFP breach.
Chelsea to be fair haven't broken any rules recently (although did have to face punishment for their breaches a few years ago with the transfer ban). But they've basically found a way to game the system by buying 10000 players and sending them all out on loan, and then recalling the ones who play well. That's why their transfer ban didn't affect them too badly as well. The rest of the league is lucky they let KDB and Salah slip through their fingers.
