Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

As are the likes and agrees for posts that seek to defend and excuse Ange's recent/current glaring failings as a manger.

It's a forum.

When things are going bad the usual trend is to see two camps emerge for and against.

Nothing new.

The truth is that this fanbase has been so abused and battered by Baldcunt that many have surrendered and are willing to just have any sort of stability, even if it's rooted in failure/mediocrity.
I have not been abused. Or battered.
I enjoy being a Spurs fan.

I have issues with Angie's system, but it may well be we're just not good enough yet.

What was our expected points from our first 4 games?

Arguably only the Leicester game was an "unexpected" result. Maybe you argue a draw at Newcastle (remember, in st James park), and a draw to Woolwich at home would be "expected", but I think you could easily argue losses to both are (unfortunately) also expected at this stage.

We have a more favourable run the next 4 games. I hope the system improves as the quality of our opponents even out schedule wise.

Plenty Arabs about to get together, buy the club and not have any Wage Save Windows.

Pretty sure of that.

'Enic is the best of all possible worlds' is exactly what I'm talking about.

The fanbase has been captured.

Anyway, whatever.

You do you.

If you're enjoying it all, good for you... I guess.

Others are perfectly entitled to think its dogshit.

Here's the funny bit. It's not too simplistic it too bloody clever for it's own good. It's also slightly dated. Because this invert and create overloads, possession is king was formed in the post Messi Pep Barcelona period. It sucked everyone in ( I'll bet you dollars to donuts Ange made the pilgrimage to Barca to kneel at the feet of Pep) good coaches like Wenger became enthrall to it and went backwards trying to recreate it with inferior players.

But time waits for no system ironically Pep himself has adjusted it( prehaps explains why he is so great) he didn't act like he had completed football. What's simplistic about Angeball is how to beat it. Lo-fi long into the space or simply wait for the error at a deadball. We are the epitome of one dimensional.
Nailed it!

Last night was absolutely shit, no other way to put it. In fairness hard to make a true judgement with so many changes to the staring 11.

Given that, the team and Ange both looked deflated. I’m still Ange in. I do think it’s fair to give him this whole season but there are definitely some worrying signs. His inability to adapt mid game in particular. There is no way we can continue to play that system game in game out. We have to adapt depending on the situation.

How long would you say we can go on this season claiming that the team is playing well with 1ppg?

And mind you we only have one game left against Everton
You seem to think we are doomed on the back of results that were the same as we got last season.
If we keep playing well and we get our strikers back from injury we will get better results.
We will beat Brentford, perhaps we lose to United.
Litmus test will be the 3 games after United.
WHU, Utd and Villa. We lost 2 of those last season.

According to my missus I’m a typical Libra. Ange teams are less boring than Mourinho or Conte teams, but less consistent. We as fans think the answer is new signings, but history shows that success has come from teams who had a consistent first eleven. Maybe too many games has made that impossible, but the increased number of allowed substitutes has added to that.

I don't understand why you're talking as if we're in some sort of injury crisis (we're really not) or why you're writing off a game against a fairly mediocre United (while at the same time thinking it's all going swimmingly). If we were really going as well as you seem to think United are surely beatable, even at Old Trafford.

So who is our injured striker that will save us?

 Richarlison?!?!?

I hope he's a parody but I'm doubtful
