Sacking Ange and just throwing Mason back in while we interview free agents who we don't really want isn't a solution. Its just looking for a quick fix and quick fixes only set you back further down the line. Give Ange the season, see how bad it gets, and bring in the right man in the summer and go again!

This is how I feel.

I really feel like the lack of depth particularly in defensive areas is what's hurting. I'd like to see us spend a little on an experienced Premier League level Centre Half to act as cover for VdV and Romero. Not someone who's going to pass the ball around the back when we're under pressure, but someone from a different school of thought who will make the decision when we're under the cosh to use some common sense and blast it clear. Someone like a Harry Maguire, not gonna necessarily expect to start but can bring some Premier League "Know How" when it comes to game management, and someone that we might be able to get at a reasonable price.

Sometimes individual players need to take responsibility and decide how much they're going to apply the manager's philospy under certain situations. There are times when you have to say "...yes boss, we'll play football they way you want as soon as we can... but right now we CLEAR. OUR. LINES..."

He found his true level in Scotland and only there because the team that he was managing was so much better than the rest of their league that whenever it started to go wrong their players were so superior that they could get away with it!
 
Think he'll be gone after Liverpool ream us in the first cup game.

Baldcunt will hold out and see if we magically win that game (never gonna happen); then he has some sort of justifiable basis to let us limp on in pain.

That home beating will be the one that pushes the stadium into the toxic zone.

Baldcunt will head it off and act.

Mason will be shoved into the spotlight and no signings in the window.

Then it's project 'stop the bleeding and don't get relegated'.

If it’s Southgate I would actually fear relegation and that is before the horrific football we will be subjected to. I’d rather we just have Mason if that is the choice.

He should have been gone after shipping 6 goals at home. The fact he even got this game is a miracle in itself after the atrocious results he's been getting. If he isn't gone by tomorrow morning then this club is completely lost at every single level.
