Not sure he gets a big job after us tbh.
He won’t get another PL gig. Sides like Palace and Wolves rely upon teams of analysts and a manager that work with numerous individuals; to constantly evolve and adapt and eek out results. This bozo won’t get near them.

He might get a championship team or National side, where his brand of daft bullshit gets you further.

Honestly, he’s embarrassing. Worse than Sherwood.

Yes, a failed footballer, failed manager, failed coach is somehow first in line to manage us despite every manager he’s worked under getting sacked.

If anybody sums up the culture of failure at Spurs it’s Mason.
The real problem is not Mason , who could honestly say that they wouldn't do the same in his position , making a mint and no pressure .
This situation like every other issue at this "Football Club" has a tentacle going back to one grub .

I reckon he could get a job with a crappy club in france at best. Someone like racing strasbourg or something.

And we didn’t even lost 5-2 or 7-4. No positives

Because none of our opponents players fell over, and they were never so far ahead in the game that they switched off so we had an opportunity to grab a couple before they got serious again...

I said it before the game: we are not entertaining at the moment. Fulham, Bournemouth and Rangers was more of the same shite. We have no answer to organised, focused teams. Teams who are equally chaotic and inept yes, we can score a lot against.

Why would you hope Iraola swerves this or that? Who gives a fuck?

There seems to be this idea that levy kidnapps managers families and forces them to sign contracts with us in blood.

If he comes, good for him, if he doesn't good for him, but if he comes, he will do it signing a contract on his terms and if he fails, it will be on him, like each and every other manager before him.
Because I rate him and I don’t like what will eventually happen to him here.

Levy has created a culture of manager churn and you see on here how this fanbase acts towards coaches.

Mate .. if Ange was managing any other top 6 club they'd be burning effigies of him right now. He's fucking lucky to be here, its by far the biggest, best paid job of his career. And he still has fans in the stadium bizarrely singing his name. The guy is insanely fortunate.

I promise you that you don't need to feel sorry for these guys. They're grown adults making grown adult choices and getting insanely well rewarded for it.

This is from a Scottish mate of mine back in 2023:

‘On a personal level his whole "mate, mate" thing got old quite quickly, and he revealed himself to be quite a chippy guy whenever scrutinised. He's a bit of a master at getting people to eat out of the palm of his hand though so it might fly under the radar a bit in future. I think even if he does a poor job at Spurs and gets sacked he'll probably go on and get the Barcelona job or something, because he's got a whole cult leader vibe in terms of his own persona and his "footballing vision". There's Ange Postecoglou the football manager, and then there's Big Ange the package, and Big Ange the package will get him big jobs.‘

It’s shocking how all of this came true.
Ange or not, we probably need a cult like figure to work here. Poch was a cult like leader as well. Klopp also very cult leader in style.

Hating on the idea of a manager being a cult leader is especially dumb because fandom is about being in a cult

I didn’t say I feel sorry for anyone.

Pep will be off soon....
Maybe we can squeeze Shitty for compensation.
There are a lot of ties between Spurs and City Football Group. For Postecoglou to get the Man City job he'd have to get Spurs upright by the end of the season (assuming Pep were to leave) or the fans there wouldn't be having it. But he has the ties to City Football Group, having managed the Yokohama Marinos for them and a lot of his system fits with what Guardiola does at City. The biggest obstacles would be if Pep left before the season ended, or took a leave of absence, and the damage that Postecoglou may be doing to his reputation this season with all the "No Plan B" talk. It could happen, but I think it would only be about a 5% chance. Now, if Pep stays for his contract and Postecoglou doesn't implode somewhere along the way it might be a possibility at the end of next season.
