Ange really should be taking that apology. There was no need for him to dismiss it. He was a prick for dismissing it and would have looked better for accepting it. He has these moments like reacting the home fan that told him he was taking us down. He says he's not feeling the pressure but his behavior says different.
Sameway, Wellens has no entitlement to expect Ange to accept his apology. He was way out of line and miles above his station.
If you did a strawpoll amongst top-level coaches about a lower league coach, voluntarily having a pop like that, Wellens has almost certainly done his career no favours at all with that. Really unnecessary loss of discipline.

I really donāt get the hate for him here. He can be grumpy and sarcastic after matches, but most of the time he talks really well and seems proud to represent this club.
Iād only be annoyed at him if he didnāt try to do what he said at the start. All he said to us and Levy is heās gonna try to do what heās done at his previous clubs - high energy, always attacking, never stopping. Thatās what heās tried to do. Is it working? No, thereās been too many issues with injuries and game management.
But again, he didnāt pretend to be something and then be something else. If he goes now or in the summer Iāll still have respect for him.

People can be friendly most of the time, and lose their rag at other times. Donāt see any phoneyness at all. Was the same with Jose. Could be genuinely lovely sometimes, then a ginormous bullying prick at other times.
Mate watch any of his recent pressers and give it real thought if he is a ānice guyā. Watch his attitude to the City game last season. The man also thinks playing his way is more important than winning.
Then his tactics have massive flaws shown everywhere but Scotland. Complete failure at the only World Cup he managed at, conceding 3 goals in each of his games. You just have to look many times we have conceded 3 or more goals in a game under Ange to realise how poor we defend under him. He has more than Conte and Mourinho tenures combined.
We are going to lose. Only the fantasists find some basis for thinking differently, and founded on no evidence.
Surviving/escaping relegation is the only thing I am reasonable confident in.
Otherwise rarely if ever has it been so easy to predict that we ain't doing Jack.
As for Postecoglou, I am past caring.

Is he a nice guy? I dunno. I dunno him or anyone at the club. Donāt really need him to be though as long as he represents the club well and most of the time he does. A lot of managers can be pricks after losses, Pep, Klopp, Jose, Fergie, theyāve all treated journos badly when grumpy. Really think people are trying to put things on him that are ridiculous.
