When we lose against Liverpool on sunday expect Ange to blame the fans for not wanting to keep Woolwich in the title race to deflect from another bumming.

You're stating that everything is the issue....we won't improve unless Levy, Ange and 90% of the playing staff goes. That's not achievable and not necessary.

The players are following playing instructions on the pitch, they might be well paid and well looked after but they can't just go out there and do their own thing! Every team knows how to exploit Ange's system of play, the players go out there knowing there's a high chance they will get beaten because of this, the fans aren't happy, they hate losing....but until Ange goes they'll keep getting told to go out there and do the same over and over again.

Unfortunately, emotions are very high amongst the fanbase, understandably for good reason. But if we analyse it with a level head, Levy does want to win, but has made a monumental fuck up by appointing Ange. Ange wants to win but is tactically out of his depth. The players want to win but are extremely low on confidence and are being told to play in a system they know doesn't work.

I am more than confident that with the correct appointment of manager, even with no player changes, we'd see ourselves top 8 at the absolute minimum.

The issue is also we don't pay the top wages to get elite talent through the door

Levy should keep away from football matters at club and stick to business side only. The new CEO and paratici should run matters. I do think we need an academy director at club from the lik of ajax and barcelona. Two greatest academies in the world imo.

These aren't bad players, they play for a manager that has no idea how to utilise them properly. Doesn't enhance their abilities in training, and plays them in a system that doesn't work.
Constantly playing out from the back puts the whole defence under constant pressure, the high line exposes us time and time again.

They need decent coaching and decent management.

But yeah, let's sell half the team, roll the dice and start from scratch.

Romero is the only one with proven pedigree, but clearly has a screw more than a little loose. All the others are youngsters or from team who were competing for the bottom 8 not the top 8. Just because Tottenham sign someone does not mean they are any good.

tbf Richarlison was the Brazil World Cup no.9. It's not that bad a level to get to in football.
