And the win bonus that possibly comes with the trophy.Possibly. Wouldn't surprise me players are playing for themselves now as they want a trophy and winners medal.

The paper talk, for what it's worth, appears to be floating Terzic again. There was obvious success at Dortmund, but he's a difficult character by all accounts. That said, he plays a 4/3/3 which favours possession. The problem with Franks, Glasner, Iraola et al, is that for all their undoubted competence, their setup is broadly defensive, with triggered pressing. It's supposedly not what we're looking to develop as a club. For a bit of context here, the season before Leicester won the PL, they barely managed to stay up, then were 5000/1 odds to win it.
This is an example to show that it doesn't really take all that much time to undo the damage done.
Each season is a reset. Our playing staff may not be contenders as champions, but a reset with the right appointment, with a structure that brings the best out of what we have, can seriously change the landscape.
EL win or not, there is a snowball's chance in Hell that he gets another season, that simply cannot be justified after losing 20 matches in a 38 match season.
My concern is not about whether he's with us next season, it's who will be. I like Glasner and think he's done a seriously good job with CP, but £17M to buy him out of CP? I highly doubt that's going to happen. Silva? Not for me, his Fulham are a bit flakey. Iraola? He's good, but Bournemouth's injuries are eerily similar to our own, so I have reservations there. Frank? He's probably next after Glasner for me. Then there's Poch. I've thought about this for a while and actually think he'd do well with us yet again, so long as he's abandoned that feckin midfield diamond idea that heavily contributed to his downfall.
All of the above seem to have some fairly hefty release clauses, so it's anyone's guess which of those it will be, or if we go off piste again for a relative unknown.
Fair enough but I'm pretty sureYou misunderstand me mate, everything you've said cannot be argued as it blindingly obvious this fraud should never have been appointed let alone need to go, but there are scoundrels likeRichard Arlison who need to be asked the question point blank because despite claiming to have seen the error of their ways, they still support the fraud as evidenced by an outpouring of support for a man who has us in 17th place with 20 losses after beating a League 1 team on Thursday.
Forget 90 minutes, forget extra time, just have the penalties. Even decide it on the coin toss would be better. He’s going to fuck it, can see it coming a mile off. This Man U team is there for the taking, they’re shit.

porro and spence are sweet for the RB. udogie is crap though aint he, poor on the ball and a braindead defender who doesnt have instincts for the game. we need a new LB, huge weak link now at the back. porro aint a great defender but the payoff is his technical ability.Isn't there a case that our squad is actually better set up for 343 or 532 with the likes of Spence, Porro, Udogie all more comfortable as wing backs than full backs
There certainly is, but I'm just not sure the club wants to go down that road again.Isn't there a case that our squad is actually better set up for 343 or 532 with the likes of Spence, Porro, Udogie all more comfortable as wing backs than full backs
no more 3 atb for me pleaseThere certainly is, but I'm just not sure the club wants to go down that road again.
Who would be the third centre back? Ben Davies does it for Wales but he is most likely leaving in the Summer. It might work better next season if Phillips or Vuskovic could step into that role. Maybe that is where Gray will end up.Isn't there a case that our squad is actually better set up for 343 or 532 with the likes of Spence, Porro, Udogie all more comfortable as wing backs than full backs
That would equal the most losses Spurs has ever recorded in a league season. We have lost more than 20 games four times previously (22 times in 34/35 and 21 times in 53/54, 74/75 and 76/77) and bear in mind, there were 42 games in a season in all those seasons. We are essentially assured of 22 league defeats this year. Man is stealing a living.
good! the whole setup along with the last two remaining members of the spursy lot (davies and son) all need to go. needs a new culture reset. One positive Mason will finally go in summer. Let's see what he can do at west brom and what hes learnt.
I love the way no-one visits the ENIC thread anymore and just fester themselves in here![]()
What an absolute odious fraud. I wish one journalist would just say, fuck it, and call him out on his utter self-serving nonsense.Basically admitting he isn’t good enough at this level to manage multiple competitions.
Therefore, imo, he should not be here next season, irrespective of what happens in the EL.
