When the summer window comes around and Ange wants players sold and replaced, hypothetically if he doesn't get that backing will you be defending the boardroom or will you be saying Ange hasn't earned it?

What if he does get signings and players sold and whatever he wants but then we stay the same as we are now in terms of results and performances? What will your opinion be then?

Just hypothetical scenarios so I am clear where your head is at on this.

He has messed up the second half of the season like most of our managers but I'll still give him the entirity of next to put it right.
In the summer i agree, cant see it but think its a mistake. I'd be amazed however if he is still our manager by Nov/Dec. This sort of stinking form and level of performance is not changed by a summer break. I'd love to be proven wrong and no agenda, i was happy enough with the appointment and even a couple of weeks ago thought he deserved a bit more time but the last few months are honestly as bad as anything we've seen even in our rotten spells over the last 15 years. First time we've lost 4 on the spin in the league since 2004.
If the same thing is happening next time this season I'll understand about 'Ange Ball' frustrations but at the moment I'm accepting for what it is, it's a process, one alot of our fans quite clearly can't stomach nowadays.

He's done more good than bad this season, he doesn't deserved to be sacked because of a poor run of fixtures against teams we traditionally do crap against every season.

I'm more than frustrated with some of the things happening currently, but the manager needs time. The team needs time.

I'm not Ange out

But I am worried

There's no evidence that this form we've shown since Christmas won't continue into next season. Just seems to be a downward trajectory at the moment.

I've a feeling it's going to get worse before it gets better.

This pres season and transfer window is probably the most important that we've had in a long while.

Ange said earlier in the season after Fulham he'd only be concerned if we lost 4-5 games in a row.

It's clearly concerning to many fans. I back Ange for next season even if I think he needs to change his philosophy.

But if you tell the truth you need to shut up because you are a hater

Im sorry we have too much talent in the squad to be playing this badly.

If Ange is so dependent on getting his players to not even be able to split points with our rivals in home games, then no amount of realistically available spurs funding is going to save him.

Seeing as we’ve regressed this season, it seems like utter madness to expect anything better to happen with Ange as coach going forward.

Spurs will win the league within the next three years. The signs are there.

John, Sussex

Good drugs in Sussex? County lines thing is it?

Just hypothetical scenarios so I am clear where your head is at on this.

If he doesn't get backed (whatever that means) I'm all for turning against the board, protest away.

But If he does get his signings then I expect an improvement in performance and results and expecting a consistent play style if not then bye bye Ange.

But if the former happens I know this team will improve anyway so...

Hes not earned the right to get rid of good players. This is the problem

Fair enough mate, reasonable position to take.

To be determined on the bolded though.

A rough patch is 5, 6 maybe 7 games and i think most were fair about that after the Chelsea at home game.

34 pts from 25 games. An average of 1.36 ppg or 51 over a season, or 2 clean sheets in 25 games, or conceding 58 goals after 35 games, or still not really knowing what your best side is isnt a rough patch its something much more systemic. Performances, collectively and individually have got worse throughout the season.

We can’t afford to take another chance on Ange. One more season like this and Romero and VdV (among others) will both be making transfer requests after getting tapped up by RM and whoever else.

That’s assuming it won’t already happen this summer.
