We had 3 coaches because we sacked conte on the spur of the moment and gave the job to a boot cleaner. And then handed that job over to Mason.
It was embarrassing. It was right up there with the season Newcastle went down in 2009 having about about 5 changes.
We were not an 8th placed team. We finished 8th because of the mental season.
We are one of the better squad in the league, not the best, but certainly not sub 8th, which is where we're headed.

That’s an interesting point. Ange was saying what a great lad Brennan is always asking for feedback. I personally think Brennan has done okay. I know plenty don’t agree and that’s fine but if he has asked for feedback what coaching has he had? Whilst I think he has done okay what I would say is he hasn’t improved his final ball to a consistent level.
Udogie hasn’t improved defensively at all in my opinion. We saw these improvements with Poch. I’d hope we see the same with our young team but I can’t see it at the moment
