Supported us longer than i care to remember and i cant think of one other manager that has got so much loyalty from such little substance. The defence of being 10th, losing 10 of 18, never keeping clean sheets is staggering. 2024 is going to be one of our worst ever years results wise. It's a possibility with Romero for sure. I don't really blame players that are better for their country than their club though. I remember David Healy for a long time shared the record for the highest scoring tally during a Euros qualifying campaign of 13 goals, tied with Robert Lewandowski, yet he could still only manage at most 6 goals in one season for Fulham. Seriously, how do you casually score hat-tricks against the likes of Spain with a shit team, and yet struggle at Doncaster Rovers on loan. It's utter craziness.
